Upstairs is a marketing group in Paso Robles, California, that specializes in the wine industry (though they do quite a lot of other things to). When I first met Jennifer Glossner, one of the partners in the firm, she shook my hand firmly and confided that she was quite difficult to please.
Exactly one design concept and zero revisions later, the Upstairs web site was on its way into production.
